So, I finished up my first plenum pull yesterday and I wanted to thank tt.net for the great write up! While I was in there I re-sealed the valve covers, changed PCV's and O2's, replaced old vacuum hoses with new Hose Technique hose, and did the water bypass. My z is running great now! Before the pull, I did a boost leak test and it would slowly fall from 5psi to 0psi. Now, I hit 5psi and it creeps down to 0. Now I can move on to my next mod...JWT ecu upgrade and EVC. Can't wait!
I decided to take a few pics of the valve covers before and after I took a brillo pad/degreaser to them. They are much cleaner now and have a nice brushed aluminum look to them. I was going to powdercoat them, but this didn't look half bad so I decided to keep it. Not to mention my z funds are a little limited until I go back to work. I hate off season!

This was my best friend for removing and re-installing the EGR bolts! BTW, I found it much much easier to take out the Brake Master Cylinder to aide on the drivers side. It was a pretty easy R&R, plus it needed new fluid pretty bad anyhow.
All done!
 I had to add a little personal touch to the engine bay. So, I painted the "NISSAN" logo on the plenum cable cover and took the brillo pad to the balance bar.
 After putting it all back together, it was time for a good wash to get any debris off. So of course, I had to take some more pics. 
I took this back around November, and found it kinda cool that I had parked exactly on the dot...

P.S. Anyone in the Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma area looking for OEM TT wheels? I have some for sale, but I'd rather not ship. They are in good shape. Approximately 60k miles on them.
